Structure of the Article

Author Guidelines

Only original scientific papers containing the following mandatory elements are accepted for publication.

  • Universal Decimal Classification (UDC)

Each manuscript must include a Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) index. Authors may determine the appropriate UDC index using the official UDC Summary service:

  • AUTHOR INFORMATION

Author information shall be provided in both Ukrainian and English and include:

  • surname and given name;
  • academic degree;
  • academic title;
  • position;
  • full name of the affiliated higher education institution or research organization;
  • ORCID ID (registration is available at https://orcid.org).
  • ABSTRACT

The manuscript shall include abstracts in both Ukrainian and English. Abstracts must be informative, original, concise, and accurately reflect the purpose, methodology, principal findings, scientific novelty, and practical significance of the study. Abstracts shall not contain abbreviations, references, or citations.

For manuscripts submitted in Ukrainian:

Ukrainian abstract

  • 150–250 words (approximately 900–1500 characters including spaces);
  • structure:
    • Purpose;
    • Methodology;
    • Results;
    • Scientific Novelty;
    • Practical Significance (Practical Implications).

Extended English abstract

  • 180–250 words (approximately 1800–2500 characters including spaces);
  • structure:
    • Background / Relevance of the Study;
    • Purpose;
    • Methodology / Methods;
    • Results;
    • Originality / Scientific Novelty;
    • Practical Implications.

For manuscripts submitted in English:

English abstract

  • 150–250 words (approximately 900–1500 characters including spaces);
  • structure:
    • Purpose;
    • Methodology;
    • Results;
    • Scientific Novelty;
    • Practical Significance (Practical Implications).

Extended Ukrainian abstract

  • 180–250 words (approximately 1800–2500 characters including spaces);
  • structure:
    • Передумови / актуальність дослідження;
    • Мета;
    • Методологія / методи дослідження;
    • Основні результати;
    • Наукова новизна;
    • Практичне значення (практичні імплікації).
  • KEYWORDS

Keywords shall be provided in both Ukrainian and English.

Keywords should improve the discoverability of the article by including both general and specific terms relevant to the research topic.

  • PROBLEM STATEMENT

This section shall clearly define the research problem, justify its relevance under current scientific and practical conditions, and demonstrate its scientific and practical significance.

  • LITERATURE REVIEW

This section shall provide a critical review of recent scientific publications related to the research topic, identify existing approaches, and highlight unresolved issues addressed in the paper.

  • PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

The purpose of the paper shall define the research objectives, justify the selected research direction, and specify the scientific tasks addressed in the study.

  • MATERIALS AND METHODS / MAIN BODY OF THE RESEARCH

The main text shall present the research in a logical, concise, and scientifically sound manner with comprehensive justification of the obtained results.

Redundant descriptions, unnecessary repetition, and extensive retelling of previously published materials should be avoided.

  • CONCLUSIONS

The conclusions shall summarize the principal research findings, present recommendations where appropriate, and identify promising directions for future research.

  • REFERENCES

The reference list shall be prepared in accordance with the IEEE Reference Style.

References shall be numbered consecutively in the order in which they first appear in the text. In-text citations shall be indicated by Arabic numerals enclosed in square brackets (e.g., [1], [2], [3]).

Bibliographic records shall comply with the requirements of the IEEE Editorial Style Manual and include complete publication data.

For publications assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), the DOI shall be provided whenever available.

For electronic resources, the URL and the date of access shall be included where required by the IEEE Reference Style.

References originally published in languages using non-Latin scripts shall be transliterated into the Latin alphabet in accordance with the applicable national or international transliteration standards.

Transliteration of Ukrainian-language bibliographic data shall comply with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 55 of 27 January 2010.
